What does Higginbotham Do?

Higginbotham is a brokerage firm that provides insurance, financial service, and employee benefits. They operate a division known as Enrollment Services which is responsible for sending contractors to schools to manage enrollment processes. As demand grew, coordinating these efforts efficiently was becoming a significant challenge, which lead them to seek a Salesforce integration partner.


What Mountain did Higginbotham Need To Summit?

Before we teamed up, the Enrollment Services division had a highly manual process of compiling and organizing data. That system meant schedules got mixed up and it was tough for them to keep operations running smooth and make all of the schools happy.


How Did We Meet Their Needs With Software?

Following a deep dive into Higginbotham’s processes, we recommended Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). This tool would improve each aspect of their field operations.

  • Streamline Event Creation: Improved scheduling, real-time visibility for Coordinators and enhanced communication between all stakeholders.
  • Intelligent Assignment: Matched enrollers to events based on skills, location and availability.
  • Mobile App Customization: Enabled enrollers to accept assignments and upload documents, such as expense reports and sign-in sheets, directly from their mobile devices.

This solution promised to bring much-needed efficiency and organization to the division’s operations.


SUCCESS!

Though still in the early stages, We Summit Mountains has so far rolled out the event creation suite, assignment tools and the mobile app for enrollers (contractors). The automations we have provided through FSL has reduced errors and sped up employees’ workflows. In the coming weeks we plan to implement inventory management for laptops and turn on additional features for data management.


Challenges Overcome

In order to maximize ease of use and onboarding with the entirely new system, we delivered training and user-friendly guides, quick solutions and updates to the system as we received feedback.
