We weren’t interested in someone to hear what we wanted and then doing that, because we don’t really know what we don’t know and we lack any sort of framework to the possibility of what salesforce can really do. So Jonathan did a really good job of really guiding us towards “I hear you want this and we can do that but have you considered this and here’s why, I think this makes more sense for your business” and taking it down that route, so it was a great relationship."
