How We Price Our Work

Two simple options, no surprises on either side.

We publish our pricing because the Salesforce AEs we work with deserve to know exactly what they are recommending. We value honesty and transparency in our pricing structure.

Mountain Guide Services (Managed Services)

Monthly hour packages designed to be as risk-free to start as we can make them.

Our Mountain Guide Services are a managed-services arrangement. The client picks the monthly hour package that matches how fast they want to move, and our team works against that capacity each month on whatever the highest-value work is at that moment. The faster the climb, the lower the per-hour rate.

Hour Packages

20 Hours: $5,500

Right for clients who want consistent, steady progress on a Salesforce implementation without committing to a heavier monthly investment.

30 Hours: $7,950

Our most common package. Enough capacity each month to ship meaningful change while keeping the per-hour rate down.

40 Hours: $10,200

For clients who want the fastest sustained pace. The same team, more hours each month, at the best rate we offer.

Truely Open - No Lock In Contract

Our work speaks for itself. Our clients continue to work with us because we continue to show them value each month. We have no lock in contracts.

Confidence Guarantee

We are confident enough in our team's work that we are willing to put the first month at zero risk for the client. If at any point during a month a client feels we have not delivered exceptional value for the hours purchased, we refund the full month.

This makes the first month effectively risk-free and removes the friction that usually comes with picking a new services partner. The client is not gambling on whether the relationship will be worth it. They are trying us out under terms where the only downside is the calendar time it took to find out.

Overages

Any hours worked beyond the monthly package are billed at the same per-hour rate the client purchased for that month. There is no overage multiplier and no penalty rate.

We will not go past the purchased hours without explicit permission from the client. We communicate.

Fixed Scope SOW

For clients who need a defined project price, not a monthly arrangement.

When a client needs a fixed-scope, we fixed-price SOW instead of a managed-services engagement, we are happy to provide one.
The path from "we want a quote" to "here is the SOW" is short by design:

  1. A short discovery call with the client so we can understand what success actually looks like for them
  2. An internal estimate of the work, based on what came out of discovery
  3. We will bring the price to you as the AE first, before we ever present anything to the client.
  4. Once the AE has reviewed and approved, we present the SOW to the client for signature
