The Free Agentforce Quickstart is a focused engagement we offer at no cost to help your customer get the first real win out of their Agentforce purchase. It gets them comfortable with how agents are built, gets one working agent live in their org, and gets the conversation going on what to do next.
Who Is This For?
This Quickstart is the right fit for:
- Clients who are purchasing Agentforce for Sales or Agentforce for Service licenses
- Clients who are activating Foundations
If the customer fits one of those two profiles, this is the engagement we can offer at no cost as part of getting them to first value on Agentforce.
What the Client Gets With the Quickstart
Four concrete deliverables, every time.
1. Agentforce 101
We teach the client how to think about building agents inside Agentforce. The goal is not a slide deck. The goal is to leave the client's team comfortable enough with topics, instructions, actions, and the Trust Layer that they can keep building after we walk away. Agent build should feel fast and easy, not theoretical.
2. Activation of Agentforce Cowork
We activate Agentforce Cowork in the client's org so their team has the place where agents live, get built, and get tested. The plumbing that takes most new Agentforce customers a meaningful chunk of time to figure out gets handled on our side as part of the Quickstart.
3. One Free Agent Build
We talk to the client about what they actually need from an Agentforce agent, then we build that agent live, in front of them, in their org. They see the agent take shape, they see how the instructions and actions get wired up, and they end the engagement with one working agent doing real work on their data.
Building it in front of them is the part that matters. The client comes out of the Quickstart with a mental model for how to do this again on their own, not just a deliverable.
4. Excitement for the Broader Agentforce Surface
We show the client what we have already built using Agentforce on other engagements (the harder use cases, the multi-agent flows, the integrations into MuleSoft, the customer-facing agents, the internal automation patterns) and start the conversation about which of those would be worth pursuing on their own platform.
The Quickstart ends with the client owning one live agent and a list of concrete next steps. That is the conversation that turns the first agent into the rest of their Agentforce roadmap.

One note worth flagging in advance: if the client needs an additional license to run their first agent in production, you may need to arrange a courtesy license. Catching that before the first call keeps the engagement moving without a pause.
