What It Is Like Working With We Summit Mountains?

Our methods for being a fantastic partner to work with.

We strive to create a Win, Win, Win.

What is the Win, Win, Win?

Many anaylists apply game theory to work environments. It is a fitting tool to describe work relationships. We are all playing a game together. The only way to keep the game going is for all players to want to keep playing. This means that all players need to be winning. We need a win, win, win scenario.

  1. The client needs to win
  2. You as the AE need to win
  3. We Summit Mountains needs to win

All parties winning has to be a focus for it to be achieved. We are aware of this, and strive for this as the goal of our partnership. Below are some of the methods we use to acheive the win, win, win.

Long Term Strategic Partnerships with Clients

We want to help the client implement excellent software in an excellent way. This takes time and effort, and will only succeed if the client sees the value of doing so. By providing the client immense value up front, We Summit Mountains can establish confidence and trust in the platform. This allows us to strategize with that client on integrating the Salesforce platform into all facets of their business. If we can build that trust and confidence with a client, we unlock more confidence in Salesforce products suggestions, and our ability to implement them successfully.

The End Result

The client is excited for more Salesforce Products, and new users getting onto the platform. This leads to more ACV. They are confident We Summit Mountains to implement those products, and help the choose the correct products. This leads to more work for us. If done correctly this cycle will keep growing and growing, and everyone wins.

Salesforce Product Bias

There are hundreds of thousands of business software solutions. We want to use the best ones. Our team is focused on learning Salesforce Clouds and products to best implement them, and to find use cases for them with the client.

Open and Honest Communication

Honesty is the only path to trust. Building trust is hard. Losing trust is easy. We need you to trust that we will take care of the clients you bring to us.

A frustrated client is not fun. They are not interested in the value of new products. They might want to drop the number of users, or reduce products. A client has to trust that we will take care of their needs. This requires honest communication in all directions.
