What Is Mountain Rescue?
Salesforce is the right software for almost every single company. There is nothing else out on the market that combines the short term quick benefits of a pre-built CRM / ERP with long term scalability of a full stack development platform.
If a client is not confident in the value Salesforce brings to their business, it is likely that they had a poor implementation. This is many times the result of an inexperienced consultant.
Mountain Rescue is designed to build confidence in the Salesforce Platform.
We will meet with the client for up to 3 free calls.
- Go over their frustrations, and what they need.
- Resolve some of their most difficult issues right in front of them in the call while showing them how easy the platform is to use.
- Get them excited about the Salesforce platform for more of their needs.
What does this accomplish?
1: Build Confidence
The number one thing fixing a clients problems does is build confidence. If we can show the client that they are using the right software, they are not looking to leave the platform. If we show the client that there are consultants that can realize their needs in the software, they start thinking about what to use it for next.
2: Reduce Chasing Support
An unhappy client needs help. They are going to look for that help in every direction. You, as their Salesforce AE are going to hear about it. They will ask for support, and generally cost you time that could be better spent flipping new logos.
3: Stimulate Imagination For The Future
Once a client sees how powerful the platform is, and how easy it is to configure, and customize it to their needs, the gears start turning on what else they can use it for. Getting more departments on the platform, marketing, integrations, portals, ERP needs, it all looks possible now. They are excited to see what else Salesforce can do to help them grow.
How do I get a Mountain Rescue started?
- Reach out to jason@wesummitmountains.com on Slack. Let's have a conversation on the client, and what they are frustrated with, and what their needs are.
- Let's have an introduction call with the client to let them know about the process.
- I will request a license to log in and work in their ORG. If they do not have a free license, I will usually request a courtesy license for them.
- We will schedule the first call with everyone.
- We will work through the 3 free calls on the client's schedule.
- We will close everything up with a call about their future goals and next steps to accomplish those goals.
